A very refreshing experience. Superb service, professionalism and honesty. Paul gave good advice throughout our sale and always gave timely updates. We were notified prior to every viewing and given constructive feedback afterwards. The marketing and photography was first class. We always wanted honesty and not to be told 'what we wanted to hear' Paul gave us that so that we always felt fully informed and advised. Viewings were carried out to suit sellers regardless of times or days of the week. This ensured maximum footfall and success. In a difficult market Paul kept us up to date weekly with rightmove views of our property. As well as managing to get appropriate viewings through the door. This is so much more than a previous agent. Once we got a buyer he kept things moving. Again with weekly updates and chasing solicitor responses to get everything over the line. He made a stressful process that much better. Would 100% use again.

We sold a 1930’s house through Paul. Although it had been on the market for nearly three years Paul was confident that he would find a buyer and he did. He said he was aiming for the end of September, he sold it on 29th September! He then was able to get another viewing of a property we had seen sometime earlier. This suited our needs perfectly.
